Welcome to Astro11. By downloading, installing, or using the Astro11 mobile application ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About Astro11

Astro11 is an AI-powered life prediction app that generates daily personalized insights based on your journal entries, mood patterns, and profile data. Astro11 uses artificial intelligence (AI models) to analyze your input and deliver predictions, nudges, and observations.

Important: Astro11 is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Predictions are AI-generated based on patterns in your data — they are not professional advice of any kind.

2. Not Professional Advice

Astro11 does not provide and is not a substitute for:

• Medical, psychological, or mental health advice
• Financial, legal, or investment advice
• Professional counseling or therapy

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately. Do not rely on Astro11's predictions for critical life decisions.

3. Your Account

Astro11 uses secure anonymous authentication. You do not need an email or password to use the app. Your account is tied to your device. If you delete the app or your data, your account and all associated information will be permanently lost.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and account.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Astro11, including journal entries, mood data, and profile information. By using the app, you grant Astro11 a limited license to:

• Process your content through AI services (AI services) to generate predictions
• securely store your content in cloud infrastructure to provide app functionality
• Analyze your content to detect patterns and generate insights shown to you

We do not share, publish, or use your content for any purpose other than delivering the Astro11 experience to you personally.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the app's source code
• Abuse the AI system by submitting harmful, threatening, or illegal content
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
• Interfere with the app's infrastructure or other users' experience

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Astro11 may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions.
• All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID → Subscriptions in device Settings.
• No refunds are provided by Astro11 directly — refund requests must be submitted through Apple.
• Free trial periods, if offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.

7. AI-Generated Content

All predictions, nudges, wildcards, journal prompts, and insights are generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be:

• Inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your situation
• Based on patterns that may not reflect your actual future
• Different each time, even with the same input data

Astro11 makes no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of AI-generated predictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Astro11 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from your use of the app or reliance on its predictions.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of Astro11 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we protect it.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Astro11 at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your data at any time through Profile → Privacy & Data → Delete All My Data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
